BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are best booked in advance to ensure availability, and a valid phone number or email is required to confirm your booking. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your service. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital options like Apple Pay. Gratuities are always appreciated and can be left in cash or added to your card.

cancellations, no-shows & LATE ARRIVALS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future services. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.

For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving services. If you're feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment — your health and the safety of our team and guests is our top priority. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols at all times.
NAIL & BEAUTY SERVICE GUARANTEE
​Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues with your nails or beauty service, please notify us within 3 days so we can offer a complimentary fix where appropriate. After this time, regular service fees may apply. Please note that due to hygiene concerns, all product sales are final and we cannot accept returns on opened items.
PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Lastly, we love sharing our work on social media and may occasionally take photos of your nails or beauty look for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know — your comfort comes first.
