To ensure every guest has the best possible experience, please take a moment to review our policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are best booked in advance to ensure availability, and a valid phone number or email is required to confirm your booking. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your service. We accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and digital options such as Apple Pay. Gratuities are always appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card at your discretion.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

At Paradise Nails and Beauty Bar, every treatment is infused with the warmth, rhythm and natural beauty of the islands. When you reserve time with us, our professional staff prepare a personalized experience designed to restore your body and spirit. To honor the flow of our day, we kindly ask for at least a 24hr notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations or changes made with less than a 24hr notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.


No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service reserved. We understand that life can shift like the tides. However, if an unexpected situation arises, please reach out. We’re always here to assist with compassion and island grace.


By confirming your appointment, you agree to these policies which help us maintain a peaceful, well-balanced experience for all who visit. 

HEALTH & SAFETY

For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving services. If you're feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment — your health and the safety of our team and guests is our top priority. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols at all times.

NAIL & BEAUTY SERVICE GUARANTEE

​Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues with your nails or beauty service, please notify us within 3 days so we can offer a complimentary fix where appropriate. After this time, regular service fees may apply. Please note that due to hygiene concerns, all product sales are final and we cannot accept returns on opened items.

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

Lastly, we love sharing our work on social media and may occasionally take photos of your nails or beauty look for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know — your comfort comes first.
